First memory - Getting in the car as a family and coming down to the store. We all got fitted for shoes, but the best part was getting to put your foot in the x-ray machine. We would always talk with Mrs. Durocher, who worked in shoes, then we would go get groceries.
The thing I remember most is how clothes are different now from then, but the employees are the same - friendly.
The sad thing is when you lose someone - like John Schroeder - but it makes us all bond together.
