For Online Purchases:

As a shopschroeders.com customer, you have convenient options to return or exchange your online purchases.

Purchases will be credited to the account used to make the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise. If you'd like to receive a credit on a different credit card account, please complete the "Credit/Payment" method section of the Return & Exchange form that accompanied your order.

Return/Exchange at the Store Just bring the item you'd like to return or exchange, the packing slip and your credit card to any counter at Schroeder's.

Return by Mail Fill out the return/exchange form that accompanied your purchase. Pack the merchandise and the form into a sturdy box, and apply the supplied return label. (Please send all shipments prepaid.)

Exchange by Mail We treat your exchange as a new order to make it easier for you to track your purchase online and to correctly credit your return. To exchange an item for a different item, please follow the "Return by Mail" instructions above. Then, shop shopschroeders.com to place a new order.

For In-Store Purchases:

Our Easy Return & Exchange Policy means a convenient way to return or exchange an in-store purchase. Just bring the item you'd like to return or exchange to any counter at Schroeder's, and we'll take care of the rest.
Without a receipt, your choices are:
    - An even exchange
    - Schroeder's Store Credit
    - A credit to your Schroeder's Charge Account
With a receipt, your choices are:
    - All of the above
    - A cash or credit refund, based on the original method of payment
